Welcome to the business website ("the Site," “the company”, "I", or "her") of Cynthia Younger. Cynthia Younger provides this site as a service to her customers. Because we live in a world where everyone is looking to make a quick buck through lawsuits or blame others to avoid responsibility for their actions, the following disclaimer is for use with Cynthia Younger's website. Please read the following terms of service ("Terms") as they govern your use of her site.
By using this Site and/or purchasing and/or using her blog, emails, programs, services, and/or products, you agree to follow and be bound by the following rules below. It is made available to you as a means for self-help guidance and tools for your own use. While much of the shared information is based on personal experience and researched work in numerous areas, you acknowledge that I am supporting you in my role exclusively as an anxiety coach. My team and I provide information concerning, but not limited to, the management of anxiety to improve physical wellness, mindfulness, and overall happiness.

Rather, Cynthia Younger serves as a coach, mentor, and guide to help you reach your own health and wellness goals through implementing positive, sustainable lifestyle changes that help manage your anxiety and live a happy, healthy life.
Cynthia Younger's role is to support and assist you in reaching your goals, but your success depends entirely on your own effort, motivation, commitment, and follow-through. She cannot and does not guarantee that you will obtain a particular result, and you understand that the results vary from individual to individual. As with any coaching program or service, your results may vary, and these variations may occur due to several issues including the following: your individual capacity, life experience, unique anxiety issues, starting point, expertise, and level of commitment.
Cynthia Younger is committed to protecting your privacy. Authorized employees within the company, on a need to know basis only, use any information collected from individual customers. She constantly reviews her systems and data to ensure the best possible service to her customers.
She will not sell, share, or rent your personal information to any third party or use your e-mail address for unsolicited mail. Any emails sent by this Company will only be in connection with the provision of agreed services and products.
Exclusions and Limitations
The information on this web site is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, this Company:
- excludes all representations and warranties relating to this website and its contents or which is or may be provided by any affiliates or any other third party, including in relation to any inaccuracies or omissions in this website and/or the Company’s literature; and

Cynthia Younger may contact you or provide you with service-related and/or promotional notices by means of postal mail, electronic mail, general site notifications and more using the contact information you have provided to us.
Cynthia Younger is also not a licensed medical provider and therefore does not offer medical advice or therapy related help. Her focus of offering personal coaching is a paid service to guide clients towards self-improvement and better lives only.
Cynthia Younger strives to create an interactive relationship with the members of its Site and services. User comments, feedback, suggestions, ideas, and other submissions disclosed, submitted or offered to her on or by this Site shall be and remain her property. Users assign all property rights and interests to Cynthia Younger, allowing her company unlimited use, commercial or otherwise, of any comments. You cannot access or use the business website of Cynthia Younger for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. Cynthia Younger reserves the right to remove, replace, or move any images or content without prior announcement (site redesigns usually occur every few years). All photos that aren’t taken by Cynthia Younger are credited and linked to their outside sources and are believed to be in public domain and readily available on the Internet (published according to the U.S. Copyright Fair Use Act, title 17, U.S. Code). Any photos not credited to an outside source have been taken by Cynthia Younger and are rights protected. Failure to link back and credit her site as their source constitutes a copyright violation.
Feel free to use an image or two (unaltered) from Cynthia Younger as long as they’re credited and accompanied by a link back to this site. Using her photos in bulk, even with a credit, is prohibited (be it for the purposes of a photo gallery, landing page, roundup, series of posts, or any other feature that duplicates a large portion of content). Please contact her for express permission if you’d like to use more than a few photos. Duplicating any of this site’s text (even if it’s credited to Cynthia Younger) is strictly prohibited.
